Refund Policy

1. Refund Window

All new paid ComplianceIQ subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if you have not yet generated any AI policy documents or used any export features. To request a refund:

2. Usage Disqualifies Refund

Once you have generated AI compliance documents or downloaded exports, the value has been consumed. No refund is available after any document generation or data export, regardless of the 7-day window.

3. Renewals

Renewal charges (after the initial subscription period) are not refundable. To avoid renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date from your account settings.

4. Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Downgrades

You may downgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current period.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us via in-app feedback before initiating a chargeback. We respond to billing disputes within 2 business days and work in good faith to resolve issues.

Chargebacks initiated without prior contact will result in immediate account suspension and permanent data deletion. If a chargeback is filed after you have already received a refund or after document/report exports have been used, we will dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery to our payment provider. Accounts subject to chargebacks are permanently ineligible for future service.

8. No Refund After Export

No refund is available after any document generation, report download, or data export of any kind. This applies regardless of how much time has elapsed. Downloading or generating any content constitutes use of the service and disqualifies any refund claim.

9. Payment Processor Policies

Our payment provider acts as Merchant of Record and may have additional refund policies that complement ours. In case of conflict, the more favorable policy for you applies.

Sign in to your ComplianceIQ account and use the in-app feedback form (Dashboard → Feedback). Include your order ID and optional reason. Response within 2 business days.
